01

Project start

5 questions
What do I need to send you to start a project? +
The essentials are enough: what your business does, what you sell, who your customers are and what you want the website to achieve. If you do not have finished copy, photos or a sitemap, we can prepare them with you.
Do I need a finished logo, copy and photographs? +
No. We can create a professional logo, write the website copy, prepare graphics and optimize photographs. We mainly need the business information that only you can provide.
What does the first step of working together look like? +
We start with a short call or written brief. Then we define goals, structure, functions, content scope and budget, and you receive a clear proposal for the next steps.
Can I get an estimate before committing? +
Yes. Send the basic project details through the contact form or call us. We can recommend a package or prepare a tailored estimate without obligation.
Do you work with clients who are not technical? +
Yes. You do not need to understand hosting, DNS, CMS platforms or SEO. We translate technical decisions into business language and guide the project from planning to launch.
02

Website development

5 questions
What is included in professional website development? +
A professional website includes information architecture, UX, visual design, responsive layouts, development, basic SEO setup, performance optimization and clear calls to action. The goal is a website that represents the offer well and generates enquiries.
Is every website mobile-friendly? +
Yes. Responsive design is standard. We check content, forms, navigation and CTA buttons across phones, tablets and desktop screens.
Do you use templates or build custom websites? +
Both approaches are possible, but serious business projects are adapted to the industry, audience and commercial goal. We do not want two clients to receive the same generic layout with different colors.
How many pages should a business website have? +
It depends on the offer and SEO strategy. A small company may need five strong pages, while a complex service business may benefit from dozens of focused cluster pages. Every page should have a clear purpose.
Can you build a website that can grow later? +
Yes. We plan the structure so new services, SEO clusters, languages, landing pages, integrations or e-commerce functionality can be added without rebuilding everything.
03

Pricing and payment

5 questions
How much does a website cost? +
Price depends on the number and type of pages, functionality, content, languages, integrations and design level. Starting packages are shown on the Pricing page; larger projects receive a detailed proposal.
What is included in the €150 Landing Start package? +
Landing Start is one focused page built around a single conversion goal. It includes a professional hero section, core offer sections, CTA elements, responsive design, basic SEO preparation and a contact form.
Are there additional or hidden costs? +
The proposal defines what is included before work starts. If a new requirement appears later, we explain its impact on cost and timing before doing the additional work.
Can I pay in stages? +
For larger projects, staged payments can be agreed and linked to project milestones. The exact model is defined in the proposal before the project begins.
Are hosting and domain costs included in the website price? +
It depends on the package. We can provide and configure hosting, domain, SSL and business email, while recurring third-party fees are shown separately when they are not included.
04

Timeline and process

4 questions
How long does website development take? +
A simple landing page can be completed relatively quickly. Larger business websites with more content, SEO architecture and integrations need more time. Timing depends on scope, approvals and technical complexity.
What can slow a project down? +
Typical causes are late scope changes, missing business information, complex integrations and a high number of revisions. When we prepare copy and visuals, waiting for materials can be reduced significantly.
Will I see the design before everything is developed? +
On larger projects we work in stages: structure, visual direction, key pages, development and content population. This keeps the risk of large late-stage changes under control.
Do you test the website before launch? +
Yes. We check links, forms, responsive behavior, performance, canonical and hreflang tags, sitemap, redirects where required, core functionality and content before production launch.
05

Content and copywriting

5 questions
Can you write all website copy for me? +
Yes. We can prepare hero messaging, service descriptions, sales sections, FAQ content, CTA copy, SEO text and microcopy for forms and buttons based on your business information.
How do you make copy SEO-friendly? +
We write according to search intent and the role of the page. Important topics are integrated naturally into headings and copy, while internal links help both users and search engines understand the site structure.
Does longer copy automatically mean better SEO? +
No. Length helps only when the content answers real questions and covers the topic properly. Repeating keywords without adding value does not improve quality.
Can you rewrite copy I already have? +
Yes. We can preserve your expertise while improving structure, tone, clarity, sales logic and SEO coverage so the text sounds natural rather than generic.
Do you create FAQ content for individual services? +
Yes. Service-specific FAQs are useful when they answer real objections and questions. They can support both organic visibility and conversion.
06

Design, visuals and logo

4 questions
Can you create a logo if I do not have one? +
Yes. A professional graphic designer can develop a logo and a basic visual direction aligned with the website and your industry.
Can you edit my photographs? +
Yes. We can select, crop, correct light and contrast, fit images to the design and optimize files for web use. When necessary, we can also prepare additional visuals.
Do you create graphics and realistic mockups? +
Yes. Visuals can be designed specifically for the business instead of using generic placeholders. For website presentation we use realistic screen and device mockups to show the expected result.
How many design revisions are possible? +
The number and scope of revisions depend on the package and proposal. We try to agree on the main direction early so the project does not turn into endless changes without a clear goal.
07

WordPress and CMS

4 questions
Do you build WordPress websites? +
Yes. WordPress is a strong choice when a client needs a familiar CMS, easy content management and a broad ecosystem. We use it when it fits the project rather than by default.
Will I be able to change text and images myself? +
If the site uses a CMS, we can provide administration access and explain common edits. For static or highly optimized solutions, changes can be handled through our support.
Do you use too many plugins? +
No. We avoid unnecessary plugin dependency. Every plugin adds complexity and potential risk, so we keep only what is genuinely needed and pay attention to security and performance.
Can you maintain an existing WordPress website? +
Yes. Maintenance can include updates, backups, security checks, monitoring, small content changes, performance work and troubleshooting.
08

Online stores

4 questions
Do you build online stores? +
Yes. We build stores with a clear category and product structure, cart and checkout, responsive design, payment options and analytics appropriate to the project.
Which payment methods can you integrate? +
Depending on the market and platform, we can connect supported payment gateways, cash on delivery, bank transfer and other available methods.
Can an online store be SEO optimized? +
Yes. E-commerce SEO includes category and product structure, internal linking, crawl and indexation control, canonical rules, performance and useful product content.
Can you connect shipping, CRM or ERP systems? +
Often yes, when the service provides an API or another supported integration method. We review the documentation and requirements before confirming scope and cost.
09

Landing pages

4 questions
When is a landing page better than a full website? +
A landing page works well when you have one offer, campaign or service and want visitors to take one clear action without unnecessary navigation.
Can a landing page be used for Google Ads? +
Yes. A strong ads landing page should be fast, closely relevant to the keyword and ad, clear in its offer and focused on conversion.
Can a landing page later become part of a larger website? +
Yes. If the structure is planned properly, it can later become a section of a larger site or serve as one of several campaign pages.
Does the landing package include an enquiry form? +
Yes. A basic enquiry form and CTA elements are standard. Advanced forms, CRM connections and automation can be added when required.
10

SEO optimization

6 questions
What does website SEO include? +
SEO covers technical foundations, URL structure, on-page optimization, content, internal links, performance, indexation and authority signals. The exact work depends on the current state of the site and the market.
How quickly can I expect SEO results? +
SEO is not instant. Some technical improvements can have an effect relatively quickly, while competitive organic growth normally requires consistent work over a longer period.
Do you guarantee first place on Google? +
No serious SEO provider can guarantee a specific organic position. Rankings depend on competition, algorithm changes, authority, content, technical quality and many other factors.
What is an SEO cluster page? +
It is a focused page that covers a specific query or subtopic and connects to the main service page. Well-planned clusters expand topical coverage without creating thin doorway pages.
Do you provide technical SEO and SEO audits? +
Yes. We review indexation, status codes, canonical and hreflang tags, sitemap, robots rules, performance, Core Web Vitals, internal links, duplicates and structural issues.
Can you preserve Google rankings during a redesign? +
That is a major goal of SEO migration. We map old URLs, preserve important pages, set 301 redirects, review canonicals and internal links, and monitor the site after launch.
11

Google Ads

4 questions
Do you manage Google Ads campaigns? +
Yes. We manage Search and other formats when they make business sense, including keyword research, campaign structure, negative keywords, conversion tracking and budget optimization.
How much budget do I need for Google Ads? +
It depends on click prices, competition, location, goal and conversion value. A useful budget should collect enough data to optimize rather than spreading a very small amount across too many keywords.
Is a landing page important for Google Ads? +
Very. A relevant, fast landing page can improve user experience and conversion rate. The ad and landing page should promise and deliver the same thing.
Can you track calls and forms from campaigns? +
Yes, when the technical setup allows it. We configure important conversion actions so optimization can be based on business results rather than clicks alone.
12

Meta Ads

4 questions
Do you run Facebook and Instagram ads? +
Yes. Meta campaigns can focus on leads, sales, remarketing or audience building depending on the business objective and available data.
Do you create visuals for Meta ads? +
Yes. We can prepare static creatives, formats for different placements and campaign messaging. Testing several creative directions is usually more effective than relying on one ad.
What are Meta Pixel and Conversion API? +
They help record events and conversions and provide Meta with better optimization data. Implementation depends on the website, consent setup and technical environment.
Is remarketing still useful? +
Yes, when there is enough relevant audience data and measurement is configured correctly. It can bring back interested visitors, but the offer and frequency need to remain sensible.
13

Hosting, domain, email and SSL

6 questions
Can you provide web hosting? +
Yes. We can recommend and configure hosting according to the technology, expected traffic and project requirements. Stability, backups, SSL, performance and support quality matter.
Can you register a domain for me? +
We can help choose, register and configure the domain and DNS. We recommend that ownership is clearly recorded in the client or company name so you retain long-term control.
Which domain extension should I choose? +
A national domain often makes sense for a local market, while .com can work well internationally. The decision should fit the brand, market, availability and expansion plans.
Can you configure professional email addresses? +
Yes. We can configure addresses on your own domain, such as info@yourdomain.com, along with the necessary DNS records and email service connection.
Do I need an SSL certificate? +
Yes. HTTPS is a basic standard for a business website, protects data in transit and increases trust. Many hosting plans support automated SSL issuance and renewal.
What is DNS and do I need to manage it myself? +
DNS connects the domain to hosting, email and other services. You do not need to manage it yourself; an incorrect record can break the website or email, so we can handle the configuration.
14

Maintenance, backups and security

5 questions
What does website maintenance include? +
Maintenance can include system and plugin updates, backups, security checks, monitoring, small content changes, technical support and performance control. Scope depends on the platform and business needs.
How often should backups be created? +
It depends on how often data changes and how critical the site is. Active stores and systems usually require more frequent backups than simple presentation sites.
Can you help if my website is hacked? +
Yes, depending on the condition of the site. The first steps are to isolate the problem, create a safe copy, remove compromised files or accounts, change credentials and close the vulnerability.
How do you protect a WordPress website? +
Security relies on timely updates, limited plugins, strong credentials, backups, login protection, correct permissions and monitoring for unusual changes.
Do you provide emergency technical support? +
We can assist with outages, SSL problems, failed updates, compromised accounts, DNS issues and other critical situations, subject to availability and the support agreement.
15

Migration, redesign and performance

4 questions
Can you move a website to another host? +
Yes. Migration can include files and database, DNS changes, SSL, functional testing and checks that email and connected services continue to work.
Can a redesign damage SEO? +
Yes, if URLs, content and internal structure are changed without a migration plan. A redesign should include redirect mapping and SEO checks before and after launch.
Can you speed up an existing website? +
Yes. We review images, fonts, JavaScript, CSS, caching, server configuration, database and plugins. The biggest improvements come from fixing real bottlenecks rather than installing another optimization plugin.
What are Core Web Vitals? +
Core Web Vitals are metrics related to loading, responsiveness and visual stability. They are important for user experience and can be part of broader SEO and performance work.
16

Analytics and Search Console

3 questions
Do you set up Google Analytics and Search Console? +
Yes. We can connect the website to relevant Google tools, configure basic measurement and review indexation. More advanced projects can include custom events and conversions.
Which data should I monitor after launch? +
Focus on traffic quality and source, conversions, behavior on key pages, organic queries, indexation, errors and performance. Visit count alone is not a meaningful measure of success.
Can you create a dashboard or report? +
Yes. Depending on the project, we can organize key metrics into a practical view so the website owner can understand performance and make decisions from data.
17

Multilingual websites

3 questions
Do you build multilingual websites? +
Yes. We plan language URLs, hreflang, canonicals, navigation and localized content. Translation should be natural and adapted to the market rather than mechanically converted word for word.
Does every language need exactly the same pages? +
Not always, but core services should normally have clear equivalents. If a service does not make sense in a market, adapting the architecture is better than publishing a useless translation.
Do you translate SEO titles and meta descriptions? +
Yes. SEO metadata should be localized together with the H1 and page content because different markets often search with different terms and intent.
18

After launch and support

3 questions
What happens after the website is launched? +
After launch we check the production domain, SSL, forms, core SEO elements, sitemap and key functionality. We can then continue with maintenance, SEO or marketing if required.
Can I request changes later? +
Yes. A website should evolve with the business. We can add pages, content, languages, functions, campaigns and integrations through maintenance or separate development tasks.
What is the fastest way to contact you? +
Call +381 65 973 8177, email info@izradasajtovapro.com, use WhatsApp or Viber, or send the contact form. For a project estimate, include the goal, required service and approximate budget.
